Project Manager
We are looking for Project Manager with
excellent academic background and B.Tech/BE/MCA or equivalent from reputed
institutes.
Required Background
- 8+ yrs experience in IT industry with last 2+yrs in Project Management.
- Overseas exposure, preferably working onsite with clients at Europe, US & Australia.
- Must have been part of interactions with customer during preparation of RFPs and later during Execution.
- Experience in managing multiple project teams, ranging between 3-15 people.
- Handled distributed teams and worked with remote stake-holders.
- Must have worked as a programmer in early stages of career and still having technology focus.
- PMI Certification would be a plus.
- Should be familiar with Agile concepts.

Jboss Developers
We are looking for JBoss developers with
excellent academic background and B.Tech/BE/MCA or equivalent from reputed
institutes.
Required Background
- 5+ yrs experience in IT industry.
- Strong background in Java, JBoss Enterprise Middleware Suite – Jboss Application Server, Jboss ESB, JBPM, Jboss BRMS.
- Deep experience with one or several JEE/Application Server technologies such as JMS, Web Services, JDBC, Hibernate, Data sources.
- A solid understanding of Java Programming API's & experience in popular Java frameworks like Spring, Struts etc.
- Comfortable with the OO concepts.
- Working experience in Agile and related methodologies like scrum, XP would be an added advantage.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Consultant Testing
We are looking for Software Test Engineers with
excellent academic background and B.Tech/BE/MCA or equivalent from reputed
institutes.
Required Background
- Experience level
of 3-5yrs in the IT industry.
- Individual contributor
with excellent analytical skills and ability to think out of box
(experience with requirements gathering/engineering are an advantage).
- Strong in manual
testing with exposure in using atleast one automation tool.
- Advance automation testing experience will be a bonus.
- Good technical skills
including Basic knowledge of operating systems, databases, sql and
application servers is required.
- Excellent
communication and customer interfacing skills.
- Customer focused.
- Team player with
demonstrated ability to collaborate with developers and other stakeholders.
- Innovative
and aware of latest testing trends, tools and methodologies.
Web Designer
We are looking for web designers with
excellent academic background and B.Tech/BE/MCA or equivalent from reputed
institutes.
Required Background
- Must have 2-4 yrs of experience in IT Industry.
- Must have extensive in-depth knowledge in applying web designing principles to produce creative, professional websites, portals & printing.
- Ability for creating high end designs and maintenance of Websites.
- Advanced knowledge of Photoshop, Flash, Illustrator * HTML, CSS and JavaScript experience.
- Strong knowledge of latest web and traditional design standards.
- Should be able to work in CS4.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to quickly learn new skills & technologies and work collaboratively as a team member .
- Self-discipline in adhering to schedules & meeting deadlines.
- Knowledge of Agile would be a big plus.
- Excellent communication, customer interfacing skills and interpersonal skills.
Java Developer
Java Developer should demonstrate passion for programming.
Required Background
- At least 4 years experience in the development of front end and back end components of J2EE applications.
- Excellent academics background and B.E., B.Tech., MCA or M.Sc. (Comp Sc.) or higher.
- Experience with Java, Enterprise Java and/or open source products (Struts, Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse).
- Experience with commercial application servers (IBM WebSphere, BEA Weblogic Server, Oracle application Server).
- Solid grasp of Design Patterns, OO Concepts.
- Sound knowledge of recent developments in Enterprise Java.
- Sound understanding of Test driven development and Continuous Integration.
- Familiarity with Agile software development.
- Strong communication skills.

Java Sr. Developer
As a senior developer, you will work as the technical leader in developing Enterprise Java software applications. In this you are responsible for the technical architecture and for steering a team of developers. You will translate functional specifications into a technical solution and monitor the quality of the application. You will also ensure that the application fits the client’s infrastructure.
As an Enterprise Java software developer, you will work on realizing software solutions. You will usually work on a project located at the client or at our in-house development center. Your focus is on designing and realizing advanced solutions interfacing with backoffice systems. You will work in a team with products such as BEA Weblogic Platform and IBM Websphere. As a software developer you will work as a designer as well as a constructor. You regard sharing knowledge with your colleagues as important.
Required Background
- You have more than total 6 years of experience in software development.
- Experience of 2 years or more in the position of technical Lead in Enterprise Java software development projects.
- Good understanding of several software development methodologies such as Waterfall, RUP and Agile.
- Recent Hands-on programming experience.
- Familiar with several open source products used in Enterprise Java Environments.
- Good communication skills both written and oral.
- Eager to grow to the role of thought leader and gain visibility in the software community.
- Experience with Java, Enterprise Java and/or open source products (Struts,Spring, Hibernate, Tomcat, JBoss, MySQL, Ant, Maven, CVS, Eclipse) and expert knowledge of OO.
- Experience with application servers (IBM WebSphere, BEA Weblogic Server, JBoss).
