Daan Teunissen, Chief Executive Officer, Xebia Holding – Daan is 47 years old and has 25 years experience in IT industry. Prior to founding Xebia in December 2001, he fulfilled many different roles within the IT Industry such as Sales Manager at Oracle, Co-founder of Redwood and Managing Director Europe of US based companies Taviz Technology and Savvion.
Anurag is the Managing Director of Xebia India. He has overall responsibility of India sales, strategy, delivery, hiring and quality.
In the past Anurag has done several IT consulting and management assignments for major organisations in The Netherlands, such as CSC and Unisys. He has also held the position of CTO at an internet start up in Amsterdam where he built in-house software development and support organization.
Anurag has good exposure to software development, implementation of package solutions, middleware & project management practices. Anurag is a board member of Agile Software Community of India for North India.
Anurag is a true believer in humble leadership and empowered teams. He has an eye for detail and strong drive for delivering quality in the core and support functions of an organisation. He holds a Masters degree in Engineering from BITS Pilani. He has completed Accelerated Management Program from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
Michel den Braver, Chief Financial Officer, Xebia Holding – Michel is 41 years old and has 20 years of experience within the IT industry. Michel started in 1990 at Oracle and for almost 10 years he fulfilled various finance roles, both domestic and international. After Oracle he was Finance Director for BroadVision in the Benelux area during 2000-2002. After BroadVision Michel was responsible for both the Dutch and Belgian subsidiary of BEA Systems for a period of 3 years. Both BroadVision and BEA are listed companies at Nasdaq. Michel joined Xebia on January 1st 2006.
Guneet Sahai is Principal Consultant at Xebia India. He is responsible for designing & implementing simple solutions for complex problems. Guneet was previously part of founding Engineering team at Fiorano Software that created world's first commercial JMS Server. Prior to coming to Xebia, He has also built an e-commerce product that performed a large number of purchase transactions (Railway Ticketing application) over fixed line telecom devices in India. Guneet has also worked as an independent Technology consultant, helping companies in India with various kinds of technology work.
Guneet is hands-on technology person who loves to write code more than anything else. After spending most of his career in small organizations, he is now been addicted to goal oriented Agile methodolgoies. Guneet holds a Bachaelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT Roorkee.
