Xebia group is headquartered at Hilversum, The Netherlands and has business interests in Agile Software Development, Agile Coaching and Consulting and IT Architecture consulting. Xebia Group has three subsidiary companies based in Hilversum (The Netherlands), Paris (France) and Gurgaon (India). In addition, XebiaLabs is another Xebia group company dedicated to develop software products for automated deployments.

History

Xebia is now 13 years old company founded by Daan Teunissen in The Netherlands in 2001. Later in 2004 and 2006, France and India office were started respectively.

Accomplishments

Xebia was an early adopter of Agile software development methodology in the software services industry in Europe and has pioneered Distributed Agile Software Development. Xebia successfully executed the PUB project for ProRail (Part of Dutch Railways) which has been cited as the example of success of offshore software development using Agile methodologies. Xebia has been consulted by several large organisations in Europe in the areas of software architecture, audits and Agile implementation.
